Summary: Wow…what a wonderfully verdant healing hideaway amongst Bequian hilltops. The photo listings of Three Little Birds & The Sweet Nest Apartment are not enough to accurately quantify the scale or truly represent the aesthetic beauty of them both. This gorgeous and clearly well loved home surpassed all our expectations of a homestay; as a multigenerational family group of nine, it provided us with a sublime retreat, offering a multitude of rooms, terraces & verandahs to assemble, as well as options to escape and be alone. The two magnificent pools were in constant use; and the naturalistic environment with its abundant flora and fauna was indeed a blessing. Although its location warranted the need for the use of local taxis, that in itself was such a friendly and warming experience thanks to Eric. Albeit a forty minute, thankfully mainly downhill walk into town, we undertook it on several occasions, serving as a good early morning exercise workout to the grocery shop and also familiarise ourselves with the wider surroundings. During our stay we greatly appreciated the kindness of Abbey, Barbara, John Mark and Kenrick for their hospitality, information & knowledge, which definitely enhanced our first time in Bequia, so thank you! Many thanks to you both, Bec & Steff for all your preparatory communication and of course the use of your home whilst in Bequia. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this ‘one of a kind’ property, to live & to love its innate charm & tranquility again.
